Working manifesto
United does not mean uniform.
This is the opening draft—not a finished constitution. The final manifesto will be written in public by the people who choose to turn up.
01. We are here to participate, not spectate.
02. The network belongs to the people who make it worth joining.
03. Culture is a verb. Build it, share it, defend it.
04. Disagreement is not disunity. A monoculture is not a community.
05. We vote with our voice, our work, and where we show up.
